Sox back in 1st

The Sox have won 2 games against the Rangers by scoring double digit runs and everyone in the line up is hitting the ball well. The pitching has been great as well, Miller takes the mound tonight for the series win. The Sox are in 1st by a full game as the Stankees lost last night, Thanks A's.

Sox finally beat the Rangers

Lackey pitched & held his own as the Sox bats also came alive. Everyone  in the Sox line up each had at least 1 hit, Gonzo homered twice, Jacoby returned & stole 2nd right away. Crawford also stepped it up and got some hits. Papi is set to return tonight as well, as Beckett takes the mound.

Varitek

Vartiek hit his 1st triple yesterday since 2007. I feel that is a sign for Great things to come for the Red Sox. We all know what happened in 2007.

Pedroia tearing it up

Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia is hitting .364 with 17 doubles, two triples and 11 home runs in his last 57 games.  Pedroia without a doubt is a catalyst for the Sox when they need to win a game. He steps up to the plate in more ways than 1.

Triple Play,Pedroia's bday and Lackey

Last night aside from the loss The Sox turned a triple play, the 1st since 1994. Lowrie started the triple play, but with Pedroia executing it has key as he had to also avoid Kotchman who was sliding towards him. I also will be at Fenway today to see the Sox take on the Rays. Today is Pedroia's bday & I'm so happy to be there today to see him dominate. Also Lackey is going for his 7 consecutive win.

Sox vs Rays

Sox have a double header vs the Rays today, tonight. The pitching needs to get back on track & the bats need to come out swinging right away & score alot of runs.
